
HISTORY:
Ahmad Durani founded a Danish consulting company in 2018, which specializes in diversity and inclusion (DI) on the labour market. Ahmad Durani, and his team, provide tools and insight to both private and public organizations. We help organizations see the potential of each individual and diverse teams. We strive to create an inclusive culture that will minimize employee turnover, foster innovation and creativity.The company consists of a team of dedicated members, who are passionate about DI. All services offered, aligns with the UN’s SDG – specifically the 3th, 4th, 8th and 10th goal.
VISION:
Ahmad Durani believes diversity is not confined to factors such as ethnicity and gender, but also includes nationality, religion, age, race, personality types, social background and experiences. We need to look at diversity through a holistic view. To ensure this is practiced, implemented and incorporated in companies and organisations, we offer the following services:

MISSION:
Ahmad Durani and his team want to make the labor market more diverse, and increase the ability to measure diversity and inclusion in the individual organisation or company. That is why we strive to create an Diversity Index. We want to develop an index that measures the level of diversity and inclusion in companies and organizations. Through cooperation with the EU and the UN, Ahmad Durani, and his team, strive to make this index a reality by 2025.
