Diversity company analysis
With a company analysis we measure the level of diversity within your company or organization. This analysis is an effective tool to get an overview of diversity in your workplace. We help you design, update and implement the right diversity strategy and give you specific suggestions that increase diversity and inclusion in line with your company’s other strategy.

These suggestions will be based on in-depth analysis. We start the process by having your employees answer a questionnaire. Based on this, we provide an overview of gender, age, ethnicity, race, etc. In addition to the usual diversity factors we include other aspects such as work experience, educational background and life experience. We conduct a series of in-depth interviews with both your management and employees. At the same time, we work to raise awareness about diversity, inclusion and unconscious bias in your workplace. This is done through workshops, lectures, discussion and dialogue
